The fixture list has been released, the summer warm up of tag is winding up into the 'serious'* business of pre season training.

Pre-season training is every Wednesday night from 7:30 under the expert coaching of experienced local coach John Pembridge-Hore. Wednesday’s sessions will start to introduce some dreaded fitness work (unwelcome after so many visits to The Albert to watch our British and Irish counterparts in New Zealand), ball handling and technical skills. New players (over 18) are more than welcome to join.

On Saturdays we will be running tag rugby sessions (either at the club or Murray Park) that are open to all (under 18's need to be accompanied by a responsible adult) and are a great introduction to the game.

See you down at the club on Wednesday. Be there or be square a bit porky from a summer of excess
